Body Building

Last year was a great year for competitions as I had three clients compete in South Island shows and one at the New Zealand nationals. One lady placed 1st and the other two ladies placed 4th and 6th, but they were all winners to me for getting up there and doing it and being in the best shape that they could be in on the day.

I did two shows for NZFBB and I placed 2nd in the South Island's and I won the New Zealand title for my height class in body-fitness and then won the overall body-fitness class. Please feel free to check out my bodybuilding photos, which can be found here.
